We had a great experience with Brent! He made the process quick and easy, with absolutely no pressure, and truly went the extra mile by helping us right before closing.
Friendly staff. The person who took care of me was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I got.
I was greeted immediately as I approached the building and offered help. The facility was clean, sunny, and full of friendly faces. I wanted to test drive cars, and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t have to go sit at a desk and fill out paperwork first. I provided my ID, quickly signed a form, and was headed out to see cars. This was the first time I’ve gone to a dealership alone to look at cars and was relieved that my experience was nothing like I had feared. Jowaine listened actively, made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me into a sale. I didn’t end up buying from Toyota, but honestly, I wish I could’ve worked with Jowaine at other dealerships. If any of my friends or family are looking to buy a Toyota, I’ll send them straight to Jowaine!
