We had not come in to buy a car, we came in to have our Nissan Rogue recall updated. While husband was waiting he started to talk to Patrick and was given the information for a new one. Ours was a 20223 and out of warranty, needed tires, battery and we had not yet registered it in Arizona. Coulter Nissan gave us a great deal on a new one and Patrick was awesome. He answered every phone call and text immediately and always with an honest answer. He had to drive over to another branch to get it first thing in the morning and handled everything as if we were his only clients. He helped us get things set up in the car and has called us to make sure we were happy. We will never buy another car anyplace but Coulter Nissan and Patrick as our sales person and friend!

Patrick Lehman did exactly what he said he would and not waste anyone's time. This is our families 6th Nissan and there are no complaints. We have hadn't issues with the service department nor the sales staff, each visit has been a great experience and we intend on returning for the next Nissan. We also can't forget to tip our cap to Bryan and Justin over in finance they have also been exceptional.
