Noah, our salesperson, was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed working with him. The financing/leasing experience was less than exceptional. It seemed long and drawn out, and we felt pressured to purchase additional services and options for our car. The finance manager talked a lot about himself, and we felt that he could have done a better job of expediting the process and being more transparent about the leasing process and the costs involved.

Great service advisor. Who was Brandon. However, I’m very concerned with future service on my new car, I brought it in for the 5000 miles checkup, with an appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours to simply rotate my tires. Not sure I’ll bring it in. In the future. Cause it may take a half a day Just to get an oil change. What good is making an appointment? First, two years of owning the vehicle, has free maintenance, but a pain in the Butt going through dealerships service..

Service done on time. Paul was nice. Rental worked out very well. But, I was surprised that the current rental fee is $10 a day cheaper. Not happy about that.
