I came to Lexus in search of a vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Lurie Keener. What stood out most was the time he took to truly understand my needs and help me find a vehicle that was the right fit for my purpose. Even after the purchase, he provided me with his contact information so I could reach out if I had any questions about the features. On top of that, Lurie personally introduced me to the service representative, walked me by the service area, and explained the entire procedure for future visits. This extra effort gave me a strong sense of comfort and confidence that I had made the right choice.
The people were nice and friendly. It was fast. My salesperson Mary is the GOAT. Never and I mean Never in my time of purchasing cars did I have a better experience. All the down to financing it was great.
Mr. Tim Gallagher was great and very supportive. I truly appreciate his customer service and professionalism as well as knowledge of Lexus vehicles. Also, Mr. Sam Chau from finance was great. He noted my needs very quick and never wasted any time. Truly supportive as well.
I had a great buying experience with Catalina. She had patience working with picky me I gave her a year range, models I preferred, and price range I was looking for. She came through on all counts. I would work with her again.
