I made a service appointment and was able to get my car in the next day. I was not only seen on time but was able to be seen ahead of time. Everything went the usual way at a dealership except for the final stage, I felt the lease payment was too high for this SUV so after some discussion, the salesperson came back to me with a lower (and better) monthly lease payment. What the manager and salesperson failed to tell me was that they got the new montly lease payment lowered by using money from my trade in. They took $3000 off my agreed upon trade in value without actually telling me what they had done. 4 weeks later when i returned to collect my trade in check, I was really upset to discover what had taken place. The manager offered to give me a complimentary tire rotation, was he joking?

Cayla was extremely attentive, kind, and led me expertly through trading in my big truck for something more sensible. She took the time, and got me squared away, even staying and hour past closing time to seal the deal and help me transfer years of that winds up collecting in every nook and cranny of a pick up truck into my new(to me) 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. 10 out of 10, highly recommend, I would watch this movie again!

I came into Kia just looking for information and to see if I was interested in Kia’s choices. Because of the service and care given to me by your staff I ended up leaving with a beautiful new KIA.
