Lenin Javiar was very professional and easy to work with; he has a calm demeanor. There was no pressure or persuasion. He listened to what my husband and I wanted and made appropriate recommendations for a vehicle. We test drove two different cars, which helped us firm our decision. Lenin answered all our questions. We have had Honda cars for over 30 years and trust their workmanship and reliability. The only minus is that the process takes too long - hours, even though we drove out in a new car. Overall, the experience as as painless as it can be given the process.
