It was my first car purchase, but Maggie helped me from the scratch. Not to mention the car was better than I expected, the mindset to solve any issues was great and better than any other dealerships. Even though I wasn’t a big fan of Chevrolet, now I got good impression on it, and I am willing to buy a new car from them.

I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership back in April, and was very pleased with my experience. I had a Civic previously, and the 2008 Civic they had on hand caught my eye, which was still under 100,000 miles despite its age, and was a decent price compared to other vehicles I had looked at. What made White-Allen stand out right away from the other cars I had inquired about at other dealerships was the video tour of the car I was sent. This was very helpful in giving me a first look at the vehicle and what it had to offer. I didn't have a working car at the time, and Dan Wenger was more than happy to pick me up for the test drive. He made the process of buying as quick and painless as possible. The financing officer, Justin, was also very helpful in explaining the terms and paperwork so that I could understand it. I am not an expert on purchasing vehicles by any means. The last time I did so from a dealership was in 2006. But all it took was the better part of an afternoon and I drove the car home that day. It's been a few months, and my only (very minor) issue with the vehicle is that the low tire pressure sensor seems to be a little overly sensitive. White-Allen would definitely be at the top of my list to buy a vehicle from again when the time comes.
