There has been a LOT of turnover of personnel in the service department which may be the nature of the beast but which also makes continuity a challenge. Cheryl at the front desk has been a constant and has been a big help to me.
Mike in service is absolutely stellar, he takes care with his customers even when they were really upset about the situation like I was. He was very re-assuring and I would recommend him highly.
Pretty easy to get service done. I would like to see a text option in the future.
Angela was super helpful. Let me know if some things that could be done but wasn’t pushy. Gave me options for an oil change plan for future to save some cash.
