Had vehicle in for service due to not starting. Checked batteries at three locations and identified good. Service identified as battery module. They called and said 12V battery was bad but re-informed them again of battery having checked good before bring it in for service. Picked up car and decided to have battery checked again just to be sure and found it was bad but the battery in the car was not the one it went in with. Battery didn't match serial number or date of battery when the car went in. Since I have video and documents showing what battery I had I guess I will have no other choice but to identify as fraud. No other choice as this was done with intent and not an accident. Given what has occurred I can not be really sure what they stated they fixed is factual. I was aware companies like this do their best to pad the time and parts for profits, but intentionally causing conditions to make profit is just not acceptable. Will report to Better Business Bureau and move it along.
been waiting over 6 weeks for tag.called today because i am going out of state in 2 weeks.told me they should be there when i get back. why so long ? and i will now be driving with dead tags out of state for a week
Bad experiencie, I wanted to purshase my lease and they tried to charge fees for $1290 and other kind of charges, then they realized I know that it’s ilegal and asked me to go to the dealer to purchase because miles are important to get the final paid off price etc… When I went to the dealership they kept me waiting for 2 hours and finally said the system is down. They kept saying that for following 5 days. I called Ford Credit and spoke to a supervisor, they told I can pay my purchase in any place and they are not going to charge extra. I did everything in Carman ford, great people and I’m sure you can trust in them. Please don’t go to winner, they are good selling for their convenient off course but the post service is bad. I will make sure my friends, family , neighbors won’t go there to get a car. One more things, I don’t want to call out names but all managers there were the same.
They lack quality control and follow through. I have went to them six different times to try to get a key fob programmed. I thought it was something simple to get a key fob programmed. However, they kept telling me that it was bad key fobs that I purchased from them. The last visit they now said it was the computer in the car and had to contact ford customer service and would call me. Although, they didn’t call me nor have contacted me to keep me informed throughout this painful process. I spoke with Chuck a customer service rep and he kept telling me that he would call back and never did. I was told that to replace the computer in the car it would be another $400 just for parts and no guarantee that they would be able to program my keep. I asked to be refunded my money and Chuck for over 2 weeks kept telling me that he needed to check with the manager. How long does it take to check with the manager? I called on 9/21/2022 and was informed that they were not going to refund any of my money. I currently waiting to hear back from the manager (Patrick) but more than likely will have to report it to my credit card service. I was charged for a service that they could not or did not provide. In addition, refuse to refund my money for the key and/or service charges. I only went to them because I have a Ford vehicle but it will not happen again.
Sean M. Is the best. I needed a car asap. I talked with Sean at 9:00 in the morning and was driving home in a new car that night!! I decided to go to Winner Ford for my new car because of the terrific service I got from the body shop. Now terrific service from Sean! I know dealing with the shop when it is time for maintenance will be just as easy and great!!
Bought a 2018 GMC Acadia from Winner Ford, and was happy with the whole process. Jarmin, the sales consultant we worked with, was exceptional. Met as the door, worked with my wife and I quickly and courteously, and was engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. I don't recall the name of the finance manager we worked with, but he was also super easy to work with. Nobody at the dealership was pushy at all, and no hidden or sketchy extra fees were added when we got to discussing the final price of the vehicle, on an already fair price. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
