Our initial contact was with Todd Witt....the most affable, unassuming, pleasant individual I've ever met. You felt immediately like you were sitting down with your best friend to "catch up" on life's events:) Once we ordered our car, Laila Shalizi took over keeping us up to date on when we might expect to receive our car. Our car arrived the day before we were headed to Las Vegas and she did everything she could to deliver the car to us that day....stayed late, got the Lincoln app on our phones and went over the overwhelming number of features that are part of this new vehicle. She too feels like a new friend who will be in our lives for a very long time. I think the bottom line with Witt is that they treat everyone like family. We have purchased over 40 vehicles in our lives and this was the most pleasant purchase experience by far!

Check in was easy and I got a great loaner car - they had my car serviced promptly and kept me informed as to what needed to be done. Very pleased with the service I received.
