I have had two appointments for a backup camera replacement . First time I arrived and was told their were nineteen ahead of me and would have to leave my car overnight. I explained I live alone and don't want to be without my car and they suggested I reschedule. I arrived for my appointment yesterday, got checked and after a few minutes was told that the part wasn't available. I live around twenty-five miles from their. I ask why didn't someone tell me when I called. I called World Fords service department. I am upset over the lack of communication. Why make appointments if the never matter?

I have been bringing my Fusion for 15 years and when delays occur I am notified and find the staff very nice, accommodating and apologetic.

Clean efficient and never a delay, they helped with transportation while work was being accomplished.

Matt worked very hard to meet our requirements. (I don’t care for you—the survey firm—placing a requirement on me to use a certain number of words in my review. You must know that it would be easier for me not to respond at all. Placing requirements like this increases the chances of the customer to exit out of the survey. Now that I’ve satisfied the 15 word minimum, did it improve my response?)
