Purchased a used Honda Ridgeline with less than 11K miles. Since I was remote, the I told the salesman he was my eyes and asked if there was anything that would prevent the vehicle to looking like new. I was assured the vehicle was in great shape. It was delivered with rock chipped windshield. Salesman corrected We Owe sheet to annotate this. The Safelite estimate to replace the windshield is $1500. The dealership acknowledged the chipped windshield and told me the estimate was too high, and they would find someone to change the windshield. The asked for pictures and my information, which was provided. They informed me November 15 they would find someone to replace the windshield and were targeting the following Tuesday. The windshield has not been fixed, and they are not responding to emails, texts or my letter. Since I live a few hours away, it appears they are ignoring the solution. It is now Dec 11. Still waiting.
Great service. They handled my new purchase very smoothly and had it delivered to my door without issue. Robert was great and came through!
I sent a message asking about an Acura they had listed and never received any kind of response.
