Terrible experience. Completely regret doing business with this dealership, particular Xavier . He is a liar and scam artists. He lied to me about what my payment would be, hiding fees and final numbers. He said anything he could to get the deal done. He tried to sell me a car with a broken key and I told him I would not do the deal if he was not able to provide a working key. We signed off on a deal that a new key would be provided. Since then, a month later, he has ignored every call and message and has completely scammed me out of this deal. No key has been provided and he will not communicate. This entire establishment is unprofessional and did not know anything about my car they sold me. I have been buying high end cars from dealers for years now and hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do NOT buy from this dealership, particularly with Xavier

Shane was very helpful! The buying process was smooth and they are willing to work with you! I recommend buying a vehicle here with Shane! They are not pushy at all for a sale.

UPDATE: My car's heat shield immediately fell off. I had to take the car back within 3 days. I asked that they look at the bumper which was also falling off, they would not. They also did not complete the recall on the car. They lied about simple tech in the car (website says Apple Car Play - car doesn't have it). I received my car loan which was 8k more than discussed to which I was explained how it ACTUALLY works. Typical car dealership. Soniya was great to test drive and work with.
