Visit was smooth, all expected work was explained, paperwork completed to include the loaner vehicle and I was on my way. Picking the car up was similarly smooth. Dropped off loaner, all work explained again and we were done. Very efficient
The person who helped me in service was able to make sure my tire replacement was covered by insurance. It took awhile but was well worth the wait. Thank you Another person, Carlo, is amazing. He was my salesman, remembers me any time I am in. Always cordial and also helped verify I had insurance coverage. He was one of the main reasons I ended up with an Audi!
