I am very pleased with Tim Machonga my service rep. He is very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and user friendly, When I call for an appointment I always ask for Tim, and make sure he is on duty when my car is being serviced. I appreciate him and his advice.

Amanda was a real pleasure to work with in the purchase of my new Q8. She was knowledgeable, patient, and also fun to work with. She was extremely helpful in walking me through the car and all the settings and features. She went above and beyond expectations as far as the time she spent educating me about the car. I had an excellent experience with the service team. Quick & zero cost to me this time; however the recommended service was expensive with less then enough detail of the part numbers needed (just a lump sum amount for parts & service).
Had no problem with service, but billing was a nightmare. I was given someone else's invoice and I paid it. Went back for a credit and paid the correct invoice only to find out i was charged again for the wrong invoice.
