Check in was efficient, the coolant flush service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and car was nicely washed. I was satisfied.
This dealer exceeds my expectations. Time is a very professional service consultant and communicated with me the day my car was in for service.
It was very disappointing how much it cost to repair our issue. Especially understanding from research that this issue is a common issue in these cars and that there is a lawsuit against Audi regarding how this is happening to so many. How is this not a recall?
