I purchased my car from the dealership approx. 3 years ago. They have always been helpful whenever I’ve had issues with the car. Anthony helped me last time I was in with a charging issue with Electrify America. He was so professional, thorough, kind and accommodating.

The process of working with the dealership and specifically John was near impeccable. The only challenge was a serious of very minor incidents (broken ipad and twisted seat belt in the brand new car). The Ipad is less egregious as technology can break at random, the seat belt seems to have come out of manufacturing twisted which is a bit odd. It was a minor issue, but still added to an overall time of 4 hours to transact (all paperwork had been done prior to arrival, pre-approved, agreed on price and trade).

I had an engine warning light come on last Saturday, called BMW of Bellevue and had an appointment for the following Monday. A refrigerant valve was replaced and I’m back on the road.EASY,PEASY….

The service department is a pleasure to work with and the process is as smooth as you could hope for
