We came in ready to look for a new truck. Even though it was raining off and on, Zaki met us quickly. I explained what I was looking for and he found us the interiors and exteriors that I thought I might like. He even had to go to overflow lots to find some of my wish list items. We picked out the truck I liked and while we waited for financing with Hamza, Zak helped me set up my phone app and get a copy of my title from the DMV. It saved us from making multiple trips and I'm sure many phone calls. A great experience in what is normally quite frustrating.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Free coffee didn't taste good. Service advisor was courteous and professional. I was told I needed a new water pump which wasn't the reason for my visit. They were able to replace it that same day.

I purchased my brand-new car in December of 2019. I also financed a service contract. Since then, my car has continued to run excellently. I'm prompted for regularly scheduled services (approx. every 5,000 miles). After scheduling my appointment and arriving on time, I was immediately checked in. I choose to wait for the service. While waiting, I am provided with a text number where I can check on the status. The work is regularly completed within an hour and a half. All of the costs have been covered by my contract. All the personnel from the check-in until the delivery after service are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There are service locations closer to me, but I greatly appreciate the service that I get at Koons Chevrolet GMC Clarksville.

The service is great and Kacey is always polite and welcoming. I usually wait for my car and I am kept informed of the wait time.
