I’m going to this dealership since 2020 ,I love the people very nice and friendly, I have buy 4 Cars from this dealership, Art the person always helps me give me very good price .

My salesman Ibrahim was very helpful and helped me get into the specific vehicle that I wanted. He worked well with the finance department to work out the numbers for me . He was very polite and even made sure that the car was detailed and delivered it to me an hour and a half away!

Since they changed ownership they have gone downhill tremendously. No one ever answers the phone in the service or parts dept and you have to keep calling and calling. Leaving a mssg is no use, no return calls. You are losing business. Get it together. Of course the sales team will call you back. Parts dept I give 2 stars but service is a big 0 stars. The service manager who has been there for years has turned very rude. Find a new owner and management is my suggestion. You are losing alot of business and overcharging people. Many others I hear complaining and dissatisified as well, not just myself.

Purchased three AMGs in the past, last summer ordered a new one. What a mistake: this place is not what it used to be, total lack of communication and transparency, "promise made promise kept" does not exist there. GM never disclosed why this car was on hold four months after it was built, sales did not respond to messages for weeks... Seems to me they won't be in the car business much longer as this place is in the business of getting out of the car business.

I live 2 time zones away, but was very interested in a car on their lot. I was connected with a sales rep, Tommy, who immediately went into the lot (in the rain!) and took a video of all the aspects of the car I was curious about. He even went back out a couple times to check on additional features that came to mind. Long story short, there was an erroneous message from the eSign platform that led me to believe the dealership would think I had signed the purchase agreement, but I didn't - I changed my mind. I was very concerned it would become a problem, but the sales manager. Brehon, assured me that even if I had signed it, he would gladly void it to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the outcome. He was very reassuring and sincere that his #1 goal was my happiness, regardless of whether I buy a car from them. That kind of integrity is refreshing and extremely appreciated! I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Rocklin. Heck, even if I decide to buy a pre-owned vehicle that is not even a Mercedes, I'll check in with them to see if they can find my next car. Miserable experience selling my 2013 SLK to this dealership. Have purchased 4 M-Class MB over the years from Von Housen. Always took my car there for service. I left the dealership after selling them my SLK without any copies of my paperwork on December 26,2 2024. Called Jeremy back and he said he would get them to me. Also, my check would be prepared within 24-48 hours. After sending an email to the manager Darren as I had not gotten either my check or copies of paperwork at January 7, 2025 I got an email AI response saying "they were interested in buying my car and would write a "check on the spot". Well, we know that doesn't happen... false advertising. I called and Jeremy asked if I wanted my check and paperwork "overnighted". I said "yes". Two days later on January 9, 2025 I got the check with no paperwork that I had asked for. Called Jeremy, again, and he said he would get copies and email them to me. Today is January 16, 2025 and I still do not have my copies. Going to call again and see if he has the same answer! I live 50+ miles from the dealership and they really do not want me to come down there. Still waiting... sloppy dealership. Buyer or Sellers BEWARE! sheila b.
