This is the 4 th BMW I have purchased from Brahman BMW west Palm beach, all while working with the same salesmen Jamal. He makes it so easy . I txted him asking when would 10:30 am. When I arrived the sales a manger greeted me by name and the car I was interested in was waiting for me to do a test drive. No haggling , we agreed on the deal and Inwas out the door with my certified pre owned 430I convertable. The finance person was also great making sure Imhad the proper maintenance and protection plans in place. I walked out feeling like a winner! But best of all my wife loved the car! Great customer service from beginning to end .

If you are going to purchase a MINI, ask specifically for Andrea Melo. No joke. I had been in contact with her about a vehicle via text for a couple of days as I was about 3 hours away. On my way to the dealership, I took a look at their inventory on my phone and found something that caught my attention. I sent her the info via text on my way there and she had both vehicles pulled out and ready for a test drive when I arrived. On... I should mention she came in on her day off to do so! We most likely purchased the least expensive car on the lot and she treated my spouse and I like royalty through the entire process. So patient, so kind. Being over 60, I truly appreciated her demeanor and assistance when going over all of the technological aspects that are part of buying a car in today's market. I just can't say enough about how awesome she was and would give her more than 5 stars if this survey would allow.
