I recently moved from Beverly Hills to Laguna Beach. I was treated like a king at Newport Beach Porsche, which was shocking to me because I was used to the low level of “service” at Beverly Hills Porsche. Ryan, my service manager was courteous and efficient, and I was provided with a loaner, complete with iced water, running air conditioning, and a towelette. They could not have been nicer, turned things around quickly, and the dealership is newly remodeled and fabulous. I always felt like I was being up sold at Beverly Hills, And here they did what they could to keep the cost down. I’m kicking myself spending gobs of money in Beverly Hills and getting such inferior service when there are superlative alternatives like Newport Beach Porsche. I’m actually looking forward to coming back from my next service. Now that I have found them, I will not go anywhere else!

Despite being a Newport Beach local and having visited Porsche Newport Beach for many years—even long before I could have imagined owning multiple Porsche vehicles—I’ve often left the dealership disappointed. On several occasions over the past few years, I experienced being completely ignored during visits, which left me with little incentive to ever purchase a vehicle here. The one constant exception has been the Service Department, which has always provided an excellent ownership experience. In particular, Apollo’s consistent professionalism and kindness over the long term have been a defining reason I continued to return. Most recently, Glen Davis in Sales delivered a truly exceptional purchasing experience—attentive, knowledgeable, and personable—which stands in stark contrast to prior visits. As such I purchased two new cars from Glen during my visit!!! Were it not for the Service Department, Apollo’s (Sales) ongoing care, and Glen Davis’ (Sales) outstanding sales approach, I doubt I would have ever purchased a car here. It's unfortunate that so many of the tenured Porsche sales staff are easy to 'judge a book by it's cover', a mortal sin in sales, and have lost the ability and passion to want to share and discuss the brand with all visitors to the showroom.
