Kevin Eng provides excellent service. I was disappointed with the last wheel alignment service. I was told the front right side could not be aligned due to rust. It was suggested to replace the whole thing for over $5000 instead of offering to soak the part to loosen it or alternatives for consideration. Also, this survey is not user-friendly. When I submit the survey, it prompts me to log in to prove I am not a robot, and I have to go through the process again, wasting my time.

Very nice experiences. And the one who service me is billy. Because I just did oil change anb I thnk Billy is working in Honda service department.
We purchased and service our car at Sierra of Monrovia. Kevin did a nice job explaining what was needed and did not upsell me on unnecessary services. The provision of uber for local rides is also great.
