Very good service, definitely would recommend. Although I arrived late, they still did excellent job.

Service advisor, Teryn Scott provided was great in handling my service issues. He coordinated my 3m Booster service including a time slot with Kailey (Audi technologist) to review my Q5 capabilities. Kailey was most helpful in guiding me through some of the features I had questions concerning THANK YOU & Kudos to both Teryn and Kailey.!! Teryn was very Efficient in scheduling my appointment for the 3M Booster service to minimize the time I would have to be in Sacramento away the from the Bay Area. I would have appreciated being told when I purchased the car, including the 3M package that I would have to return to Sacramento for the servicing of this package. I would have left the car and returned to pick up the vehicle one the service had been complete.
After initially having problems with a new 2025 S5 I had purchased, and some initial incidents that happened with the dealership, everyone went above and beyond to make sure the situation was rectified and i have a top notch experience. Upon Audi buying that car back, i purchased a 2023 A7 CPO from Niello and everyone from Jackie to Alex and Tatyana made sure I was well taken care of. Also a big shout out to Aaron Thetford and Scott Bunker for being so responsive during all of this.
