Nice facility but the Service check in and picking up the car was a circus. Too many cars not enough people. Need more service lanes and people.
The dealership was very pretty, but not the most comfortable. What shined was Tom. Excellent customer service from top to bottom. So good that I would absolutely recommend to friends and family that they speak with him if they are at all interested in Mercedes.
