Val was absolutely amazing! It all started with a simple phone call. I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Grapevine as well as another Mercedes dealership to inquire about an extended warranty on our current E450. The other dealership never got back to me, but Val did. That single returned call made all the difference. Because of Val, we ended up leasing a brand new GLC. From the very beginning, Val was incredibly personable. Nice facility but the Service check in and picking up the car was a circus. Too many cars not enough people. Need more service lanes and people.

The dealership was very pretty, but not the most comfortable. What shined was Tom. Excellent customer service from top to bottom. So good that I would absolutely recommend to friends and family that they speak with him if they are at all interested in Mercedes.
