Today was good for service. Wait time was better than last time. Ticket writer was nice.
Excellent service advisor and staff for service. Friendly, efficient and were ready to help. Technician was ready for my service order. It was done efficiently and right the first time. Service Manager was right there to see that I was getting everything I wanted.

The experience was fine. It took a little longer than usual but it wasn't bad. The coffee and snacks are always a plus. The staff is always kind.
