We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new Honda. Kevin was very knowledgeable about our car and efficient with the paperwork!
Courtesy updt would be appreciated more during waiting period if told 2 hrs initial contact for oil chng/tire rotation but it passes the 3.5 hr almost 4 hrs of waiting. Service person stated he got busy-felt it was a brush off when I questioned the time it took while my ticket was being closed out. I saw my car sitting outside-it seemed like 25 mins before I was summoned to complete my ticket. I've never had a problem waiting before. I do realize that I didn't have an appt. I arrived between 7:20/7:30 am.
The service provided was fast, 30 minutes. The representative who worked with me was very professional and friendly.
Friendly, informative, questions answered in a honest manner, no pressure to come to decision, listened to customer needs. I would gladly refer friends and family to McLardy dealership
