Our experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Starting with our sales consultant Jim Beebe, he treated us with utmost respect and professionalism. Our experience was further enhanced by the sales manager, although a very man, he took the time to personally thank my wife and I for our business, nowadays that's very rare. If that wasn't enough, we were again introduced and greeted warmly and thanked by non other than the dealership General Manager, she too was very nice. This dealership is a class act. When Mercedes-Benz is say 'The Best or Nothing', clearly they had Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale in mind. Great Job guys.
