Requires a month notice for oil change. Charges for warranty work. No phone calls returned as promised. The service department is a joke. Not happy with my purchase.

This dealership is full of lies. They don't care. Don't be fooled. They told me that the only way I can get heat inside my vehicle is to run the heat on 85 or 90 degrees. Who does that

When we brought in our JX35 in for standard maintenance, along with a random sound coming from the engine bay, you had your lead mechanics ready to hear this intermittent problem. Not only did you take the time to truly identify the problem (bad AC compressor), but you provided me with updates and progress as this was a rather uncommon issue. It’s rare today to find an automotive team that does an outstanding technical job, but also treats a customer which such prompt and courteous service. Justine, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Mr. Justine Parker, Smith Infiniti of Huntsville, Sales Team. On Saturday August 8, 2015, Justine assisted me in the purchase of a new QX60. During the process I voiced the difficulty in changing the sequence and synchronization of my garage door opener feature of the car to my garage opener. Justine picked up immediately on that and told us not to worry, he would take care of changing that code. Sure enough to his word he personally came out to my residence the very next business day and synchronized my garage door opener to the QX60 garage door opener feature. I am impressed to day the least. He was professional, personable and customer focused! This is truly going above and beyond the call of duty and one of several reasons (Service Department also) the Byrum's are repeat customers of Smith Infiniti of Huntsville. From the time we test drove the QX60 until we signed the purchase agreement was a comfortable, informative and virtually painless process!! A sales staff that does what they say they will do (after the sale) coupled with a world class Service Department, head up by a top notch Service Director, Mr. Steve Owens, is a formula for success. I purchased my 2013 FX37. for $4000 under blue book. They gave me what i asked for my trade in. Truly the best car buying experience i have ever had. I drove 200 mile to pick up the car and it was well worth it.

This is my second Infiniti I purchased From this dealership. about 2 weeks ago. Rob Lenoir and the Sales Manager Jack were trustworthy. Rob, was well versed with the operations of the Q50s Hybrid. He did not leave me hanging after the sale but answered my concerns. The main reason why I PURCHASED from this dealership was the service department. They had gone out of their way to assist me on my previous purchase of a M35 and a Q45. Steve Owens, the Service Manager and Miss Jennifer the service advisor needed to be commended. That Q45 was bought from a previous Huntsville Infiniti dealership which I regretted. Another thing is the address shown on this review is incorrect. DEALERATER, Please correct this.
