They missed ordering a part when I first brought my BMW in for repair to rear wiper but they took care of it after I pointed it out. When I brought it back in a second time to get the part installed they forgot, they comped me and I didn’t have to pay for the part. That’s the right approach - made good on their mistake.
Really good service. Quick. Good communication. I will be going back there for all my services.
