Diagnostic bc the AC in my X2 stopped blowing air. AC fan motor needed replacement ($1300). Dealership didn't have loaner car available so they dropped me off at Enterprise Rental Car and I had to drive to work in a KIA Soul (or something similar) instead of a BMW loaner car for a couple days. It was a crappy rental that didn't have the power of a BMW. My car was fixed and the AC works fine now. I am happy about that.

I drove from Lakewood Ranch to purchase a new Lexus at the same place I had purchased my last one. I had a terrible experience and walked out. My brother suggested going to Ferman BMW as he had purchased from them and loved their customer service. I was greeted by Charlie! The best sales person I have ever experienced! No hard sell. Simply gently telling me everything about the new X3 I had inquired about. Never thinking about buying a BMW. Guess what I walked out with? Lol!! Charlie and his nonpressured selling sure sold me!! He has also contacted me 3 times in 10 days to make sure I don't need anything and I'm doing ok!! Lots of goodies on these models! Thank you Charlie Fernandes! You are the absolute best car sales person I have ever experienced! And, I have purchased a lot of cars in my 58 years of driving!!
