Royal Automotice has a very friendly/ family-like environment where they make you feel like part of their family. They don't try to upsell you on vehicles or add shady packages just to make more money. Carter was amazing through the whole process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to experience a no-hassle stress free purchasing process.
I can't say enough about Royal Volvo and our salesperson, Allen Cook. My family and I appreciated the no pressure and laid back approach letting us as the customer drive the process. Our experience working with Allen and Mica was stellar, friendly, and very professional. In the end, we ended up making a really great deal on the exact vehicle we wanted.
