The service department is very well run. Appointments are kept in a timely manner and my service advisor ,Eric, was great at communiating with me concerning what was needed to be done and how long the appointment woud take.

We purchased a used Outback from Subaru Carlsbad, I would have given 5 stars, but we were there for 5 hrs. to complete the purchase. The sales and finance personnel were great and very patient with us.
Scheduled my 18,000 mile service. Oil change and 5 wheel rotation with spare for our wilderness. Al done in 1 1/2 hours with car wash.
