I admit I am a very picky buyer and my Sales person (Yuri) was very skilled in helping me to decide on the Forester I wanted. He was knowledgeable and kind. After 5 hours, he did not give up on us and we're glad that he did not lose patience with us. Would definitely recommend Carlsbad Subaru...in fact my husband already has and we also tell people to ask to speak with Yuri. We did not preschedule an appointment for our visit but had researched quite a bit on line. I was pleased to see Yuri was able to pick up on where my knowledge had ended from my Internet search. Answered every question. Pleased, yes, very pleased with our Subaru experience.
