I am happy to report that we just had a very excellent experience with Bob Oberding and the BMW services team. Over the weekend we were traveling from Madison, WI to Chicago, when we had a flat tire emergency late on Saturday afternoon. We had our BMW 330 towed to BMW of Barrington, and after our weekend in Chicago, Bob and the team managed to provide replacement tires and alignment services right away on Monday morning, so we were able to get back home in Wisconsin by early Monday afternoon. We are very, very pleased with the promptness of this service and are very grateful to Bob and his team in this regard. A job very well done, indeed!
