Erik helped turn around a disk and brake pad change in no time! Extremely resourceful and responsive. He has been assisting me throughout the years with my X6M and has done a very good job!
Good customer service, Mike was super responsive and great to work with. They’re very accommodating with vehicle drop off and loaners. However their techs seem to put very minimal effort into replicating issues. I had multiple isssues unresolved including leaks coming from the roof during rain and a malfunctioning tailgate, the latter should have been easily replicable as it happens regularly in my day to day to day use
Absolutely the best when it comes to service and going the extra mile if and when it might be needed.
The tech-support I received from Julia was fabulous! She knew the answer to all my questions about my BMW X5 plug-in hybrid. She sat in the car with me and made sure I understood all of the features.
