The service and transparency provided by the salespeople were excellent, but the finance department is a disaster; I experienced poor treatment and a bad attitude from their representative, Ivan Colinas. I advise Hispanics not to deal with him—look for someone else. He even left us alone to sign the paperwork without explaining what we were signing, simply because I refused to accept extended warranties or GAP insurance and brought my own financing (meaning he couldn't make money by marking up the interest rate above what the bank actually offered). So, take precautions to avoid dealing with that person. Thank you.

5 stars!!! I’d initially planned to buy a Passport from a different dealership, but unfortunately, was told that they sold it the night before. Despite this setback, John and his team went above and beyond to not only match but also beat the quote. If you’re in the market for a new Honda, I highly recommend giving John a call. He’ll treat you with the utmost professionalism and may even offer you the best deal in town.
