I did not have a good experience at Hoehn Mercedes-Benz of Carlsbad. It was a combination of the car dealer Vas Chohan and general manager Dave Olds. The pre-owned Mercedes I purchased, had been smoked in and was also in need of $9,000 in repairs. Vas was not transparent at all, tried pushing the problem onto other departments instead of handling it himself and luckily the office made a typo on my return deadline and I was able to return the vehicle. I would never come back or recommend Hoehn to family or friends on principle based on how I was treated by Vas & Dave. Both employees have a ton of work to do on improving communication skills and how to treat others. I was not happy with this experience as a whole and it’s sad that the hard work of many is outshined by these two men and their poor behavior going against so many hard workers at Hoehn. They tarnished both my impression of the dealership and my customer loyalty.

We were met at the door by Moe Mansour. We knew what we wanted. He had one, showed us the car, and within 10 minutes we were in his office signing the lease papers. Couldn't be happier with the car, Moe, and our treatment from the dealership.

The dealership was clean and the staff was friendly. Mo made the process easy and painless.
