Professional, clean and prompt customer care. They have many amenities for customers waiting for service. Private areas if your bringing work with you while you wait. They have snacks and a great coffee bar. If you don't want to wait they will shuttle you home. I like the text reminders they send to remind me to service my vehicle. I am an extremely busy person, the convenience of texting to set up my appointment is a life saver and very efficient. They also send you a video of the service they are doing to show you what is being done as well as what is recommended. Jorge Landeros in the service department is top notch. He is always professional and tries his best to get me any available discounts which is much appreciated. I'm a proud Mazda owner and will always buy Mazda brand vehicles.
