I was very impressed with my first service at Infiniti Tustin! Gabriel was my service advisor and he was very professional and kept me posted on the status of my car. I was super impressed that the technician sent me a video of his inspection! Thank you for such a good experience.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Infiniti Tustin. Once it was realized that the service was going to take 3 hours they were able to provide me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait. The service went well and I was updated appropriately throughout. Overall they did a great job and I was happy with the results.

The sales person Sam was nice and kind, I was happy with my monthly payment, they waited for us to show up knowing we were driving over 2 hours to see our Cadillac Escalade. Thank you
