Tiffany, the finance manager, pressured me to purchase add-on products despite me clearly stating I was not interested. Even after I explained that I needed to leave, she continued pushing Gap insurance and maintenance packages. Her attitude changed, and you could tell that she was visibly upset and annoyed that I did not buy any additional add-on packages beyond simply purchasing the car.
