Tiffany, the finance manager, pressured me to purchase add-on products despite me clearly stating I was not interested. Even after I explained that I needed to leave, she continued pushing Gap insurance and maintenance packages. Her attitude changed, and you could tell that she was visibly upset and annoyed that I did not buy any additional add-on packages beyond simply purchasing the car. I hope this feedback is used to improve future customer experiences.
Addison, the sales associate, did not provide guidance or support during the purchase process. My questions about the Mercedes Me Connect app, as well as how to function and use the car, went unanswered. I was left without direction for keys, exiting the garage, or understanding the vehicle until another associate intervened. It felt like he completed the sale and left me hanging. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience.
Karissa is a no pressure, ask me anything sales person who will go and get your questions answered. She was personable to chat with while waiting on financials and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in buying. I would definitely recommend her.
