They gave a realistic timeline and met it. All the people we met and had dealings with were very nice and understanding of our situation.
Good until after paid for service and ready to leave and they had misplaced my key/remote. Had to wait till they pushed car back in and programmed new remote and key before l could go home

Chuck Loader provides outstanding customer service! He always finds a way to get my vehicle in for service and ensures that everything is operational before returning my vehicle to me.
First time working with Holm’s and was able to work with Chuck. Chuck was responsive and kept me updated when time had to be changed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he was busy but still made it a point to introduce himself before I left. Staff in service department were friendly and informative.
Was impressed with the knowledge of what needed to be done and helpful with warranty coverage. All the staff in the waiting area that came by all smiled and were very friendly
