We had three of our vehicles serviced and repaired within the last month, and we feel confident about their work they do on our vehicles. And Chuck works with us real well getting our vehicles in when we want.
I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was taken immediately and finished quickly. The cost was covered by the extended warranty. It doesn't get much better than that. This is our 7th Holm Automotive vehicle.
I have always had a very satisfying experience with Holm Automotive. They go out of their way to take care of their customers, and ensure they get the best care for their vehicle.
Worked with me to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. Excellent and quick response to any questions I have. Chuck is the best!
Overall it has been a good experience. We took in a total of four vehicles to have minor body work done. Most of the work was done really well, with a couple of exceptions where on one car, a dent was missed on the hood and on another vehicle there was some sticky substance above the driver car door and the passenger door on the driver side. These are minor issues and in the case of the dent, it was taken care of without any charge, however when one lives an hour from Abilene, it takes a great deal of effort to drive back and forth to get it all fixed. Miranda is outstanding!
