The personnel is always very professional and personal. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The work is done in a timely fashion.

Everyone was attentive, courteous, and friendly. Service advisor Scott Tollison was very gracious and friendly, plus he knows his stuff. Explained why things happened and what was required to correct the issues. Butler is fortunate to have Mr. Tollison and the team of his and the entire staff at Butler. The dealership is clean and inviting. Additionally the waiting area music is great! The entire Butler experience is great. If we are ever asked our thoughts on where someone should check out a new or used Lexus dealership, Butler would be our answer. We are very glad we brought our Lexus to Butler.
