My wife and I were customers of New Country Lexus since 2012 and as a result of the service manager Patrick, we turned in our leases and want nothing to do with the Lexus brand. We had leased a total of 8 vehicles and would have leased again as my lease was up 4/1/25 but as long as Patrick is employed there we want nothing to do with the Lexus brand or New Country. I have never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Patrick and fittingly I found out he was previously at KIA. His actions may work at a Kia dealership but I don’t pay for a brand like a Lexus to be treated rude and unprofessional. I have told my experience to hundreds of people and will continue to tell and the two general managers at the dealerships my wife and I just leased our new cars at couldnt believe the story and were thankful as we are now customers of Keeler BMW and Northeast Acura. The part of the story that really surprised me was the poor response of the GM Jared Wilson at New Country Lexus. When I originally spoke with Jared he assured me he would take care of the situation and all he did was ghost me. Jared showed his true colors which shocked me as he always portrayed he was a caring and honest person. Shame on me for trusting him but not surprised. I see they are building a massive dealership on Route 7 you would think they would stick by the mantra the customer is always right. I have been in the customer service business for 35+ years and if I treated my clients like Patrick treated me I would of been out of business decades ago. Shame on New Country and Patrick.

If you want to get screwed this is the right place. Brought my vehicle for TPMS light on and after they diagnosed I was told one of the tire sensors is bad and needs to be replaced. After replacing that sensor they said another sensor is bad and light is still on. When I asked how could this be possible? The answer was "it went bad overnight". Never want go back on this place.

I'll never buy another vehicle from New Country of Latham. Here's why: took my 2021 Lexus ES 350 to their body shop after I hit a deer. The paint job was incomplete and blotchy. The GM failed to call me back as promised. When I left a polite reminder, he still failed to contact me. The GM at the body shop also failed to return my call. Not the kind of responsiveness I would have expected from a dealership where I had been a loyal customer for many years. Not anymore.

Drop of my car for service and they ran my car into something I don't know what but now Stupid Service Manager Patrick H denies fault. Now my car has a big dent, I won't be bringing my car back ever. I check my car all the time. Take a video of your car before leaving it with these fools because you will be sorry.

I took my Lexus in for an inspection and any other service required. I requested to work with Tyler because he is always so kind and knowledgeable and this time was no different. He explained everything to me and all the work was completed along with the inspection and a fair price was charged as usual. Thank you Tyler and many thanks to the service people.
