I had an outstanding experience during my recent service visit. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Patrick, the service advisor, took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. The work was completed efficiently and on schedule. The car came back running perfectly—cleaner than when I dropped it off, which was a nice touch. It’s clear the team takes pride in both their technical expertise and customer care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, and top-notch service!

I have been a customer of this dealership for 43 years, both for purchasing every car I am had during those years, and also for servicing of those automobiles. It has always been a great dealership with a wonderful customer service. My present service representative, Albert, is the best day of had during all these years. He always responds very quickly to any request, I make my telephone or in person. He works hard to accommodate my schedule whenever he can.
I was very impressed by the turn around time for an unexpected repair of my Smart Car. On Monday, the engine light turned on, and I called the dealer. The problem was an air valve stuck open. I delivered the car Tuesday morning. The dealer provided an Uber to get me home. I received a text on Wednesday afternoon saying the repairs were complete and providing a link for an Uber ride to the dealer. Post repair, the car is running smoother than it has in a long time.
When I made my initial phone call to Mercedes Benz of Boston I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Snyder whom assured me no appointment was needed to bring my 2014, 4 Matic E-350 Mercedes Benz Coup in to have my concerns addressed. Once I arrived there I was met by Snyder who listened well to me. After hearing an estimate of fair pricing I decided to go forward not realizing Everything I mentioned about the noises and rattling had been recorded. My car was serviced in rapid time I had a great experience looking forward to returning to finish the work that is necessarily needed.
