Service was requested following an MVA and within 3 days it was completed. The call was made on 08/02/2025 (a Saturday!) The left side mirror was ordered and installed on 08/06/25. You cannot beat that! Kudos to the parts department team and the Service Consultant (who by the way, was a late participant in the process.) I am truly appreciative. Ask for Ryan! He’s attentive, communicative, transparent, trustworthy, HONEST and very helpful every single time I need service for my car (which has been a lot more than I would have liked in the past year) but because of him I won’t bring my car anywhere else even if that means I have to wait for availability. Schneider was also amazing and easy to work with in Ryan’s absence. The service manager Albert was so kind & accommodating for me in a tough situation - I used to sell Mercedes and also worked for Herb for a number of years (so my expectations are high) and this service team exemplifies what service for a Mercedes Benz should look and feel like. Down to the valet guys & the manager Adilson are honestly a pleasure to work with. The ladies at checkout. Everyone is delightful, they make what usually is a stressful visit feel like a breeze.
