I very rarely write a review but wanted to share the positive experience I had with Mark in the service department. He was the only person in 5 months to be able to obtain a Taos headlight for me. We connected with Flow in 2018 to lease our VW and had the pleasure of working with Nick Boggs and Traci Hitchcock. Both of these individuals worked tirelessly at the time secure our vehicle. Flashforward to 2022 and lease turn in and again Traci went above and beyond to work with us. While we chose to leave VW we stayed within the Flow family. They truly work to find what's best fo the customers needs and have always been willing and able to do what is best for us, not just them.
