The staff is always nice and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership and will refer others.
I usually have great experiences at this service center. However, on my last visit I was treated very poorly by Ivan. He had a nonchalant attitude to where I politely told him that I will just cancel the service and leave. A little care goes a long way. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and professional. I don't remember his name but upon my next service visit I will be requesting to work with anyone but Ivan.
Everything was done efficiently and quickly. They changed my oil, checked for any recall issues, and performed additional maintenance to keep my car healthy.
Every time we visit the dealership, everyone is very professional & knowledgeable. The service is always excellent!
